We support you in the creation of your project by providing you with numerous tips and solutions for your cushions in order to optimize comfort and ergonomics.

et surtout leur garnissage au gabarit de nos clients (taille et poids). Les coussins sur mesure doivent tenir compte de ces paramètres pour être réussis.

Nous travaillons avec les toiles Sunbrella® leader des toiles extérieures par leur qualité ainsi que d'autres marques afin de vous proposer un choix de plus de 600 références de tissu en acrylique teint masse.

PROFESSIONAL custom cushion
For establishments open to the public, we offer a wide range of fireproof fabric or imitation leather coverings with the following certifications: M1, M2 or EN1021.
Custom made interior cushion
With more than 6000 references, you will find coverings for all your custom cushions. We offer imitation leather in PVC, polyurethane or even split leather coated with polyurethane for a perfect imitation of leather. Our range also includes microfiber, simple or embossed, velvet, poly-cotton, linen canvas, acrylic canvas, cotton canvas. Each of our 300 collections presents between 15 and 80 colors.
We offer a wide range of upholstery fabric with Teflon treatment against stains.
These fabrics, which are insensitive to all liquids, are easily removable with a damp cloth. This makes it possible to make covers that are easy to live with. You no longer need to remove the cover and machine wash at the slightest dirt.
Our Lido range with which we have made this large 415 x 230 cm mattress benefits from this treatment.
This sofa made exclusively of foam adapts perfectly to the dimensions of the space. The base is made of extra firm foam, this allows to replace a wooden or metal structure. The custom-made cushions for the seat are High Resilience foam mattresses such as Bultex, composed of 2 qualities for optimal comfort. The custom-made backrests are made of siliconized fibers.

pour réaliser vos projets. Ce large choix permet de personnaliser le confort.
L'utilisation de 2 qualités de mousse pour les assises permet d'avoir un maintien ferme et un accueil moelleux. Pour les dossiers, nous pouvons également les réaliser en mousse avec une forme pupitre. Dans le cas du choix de la fibre, la forme peut être soit type oreiller, soit type canapé.
Custom cushion for PROs
Pour les professionnels recevant du public dans leurs établissements, nous proposons toute une gamme de revêtements M1 ou M2
en qualité tissu ou simili cuir. Les mousses sont ignifugées M4. Avec cet assemblage vos coussins sur mesure seront conformes à la législation en vigueur en France.

Coussin sur mesure pour l'extérieur
For making 100% outdoor cushions, use dry feel foam. This nautical foam has open cells. Unlike traditional foams, it prevents water retention (like a sponge). You can therefore leave your cushions outside.
The top and sides of your cushions will be in outdoor coverings (fabric or imitation leather) and the bottom of the cushions (the reverse side) will be in soft PVC grid. Your cushions will dry quickly, this will avoid the risk of mold as with classic cushions. The cushions or mattresses made in this way must be installed on a structure that allows water to drain away, the bathtub effect must be avoided.
The possibilities of making outdoor cushions
You must adapt your cushions to your use (place of use and period of use).
For example: around the Mediterranean basin, the climate is dry. Up to 10 cm thick, your cushions will dry quickly. You can therefore use traditional foams with quality outdoor canvases. For thicker cushions or mattresses, you will need to add a waterproof undercover or change the foam to nautical foam.
